Sea Excursion to Gabriel Island in Mauritius
Situated in the northern part of Mauritius, Gabriel Island is at about 11 kilometers from Cap-Malheureux, a small fishing village of our island. The distance between Gabriel Island and Flat Island is only 750 meters. It was once known as small Flat Island and has an area of only 42 hectares. Round Island and Serpent Island are found at approximately 13 kilometers on the east of Gabriel Island, two natural reserves managed by the Mauritius Wildlife Foundation.

Gabriel Island is a natural reserve with a highest point of 28 meters. Unlike Flat Island, it is really flat and has less flora and vegetation. With its white sand and turquoise water surrounding it, Gabriel sounds like an invitation for snorkeling and sunbathing.
With its proximity to Flat Island, it takes about two hours to get there by catamaran. With the Predator Cruiser, you will have the chance to get there in 35 minutes allowing you enough time to spend on this beautiful island in the north of Mauritius.
